Work Order and Opportunity Improvements - The list view interface has been streamlined, and the default zoom level now offers a wider view, showing more pins by default. Additionally, the layout of the map settings and legend has been refined for a more intuitive and organized experience.

FSR Connect Integration - Violation pushes from Compliance View 360 to FSR Connect now include both the "Compliance Date" and the "Cure In Date".

Client Personalization - Adjustments made to enhance the visibility of client logos and button text on both light and dark sidebars, ensuring better contrast with client-selected colors.

Mobile Enhancements - Various improvements have been made to the map view on mobile devices, resulting in enhanced stability and usability. These include better support for a wider range of screen sizes, improved scaling of the sidebar and navbar, adjustments to the mini-map size on the video player, enhanced module scaling, and better support on the Community Settings page.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused some videos to freeze at 23 seconds due to an issue with bad addresses.
• Fixed an issue that caused “inactive” communities to display in client billing reports with a $0 value. They are now removed entirely from billing reports when inactivated.
• Fixed issue where broken images displayed as a broken icon instead of a blank placeholder.

Community Map Improvements - The community map now shows all available work order and opportunity pins on the map, no longer requiring users to manually load pins when they exceeded the pre-loaded amount.

FSR Connect Integration - Support has been added to include the letter notes field.

What's New

Community Overview Page Enhancements - The community overview page now features a new "Opportunities" card, providing a quick snapshot of the community's opportunities. Both work orders and opportunities have clickable cards that allow you to quickly filter by the displayed statuses.

Video Player Enhancement - The ability to edit work orders and opportunities has been reintroduced to the video player.

Sidebar Enhancements - To ensure the sidebar fits properly on smaller screens, we've enabled scrolling for better accessibility. We've also added tooltips for the collapsed sidebar to provide clear definitions for each button.

Deleting a Video - We've added new messages for users with video delete permissions to make the deletion process clearer. The system now displays messages during the deletion process, confirms once the video is deleted, and promptly removes it from the available inspections list.

CINC Integration Improvement - To ensure compatibility and ease of use with CINC we've updated the image download file naming convention to meet CINC's import requirements. This update only applies to communities integrated with CINC owner information.

• Cleaned up console logs to ensure they are more concise.
• Resolved a 404 error on the "forgot password" link.
• Corrected an issue where videos with omitted GPS data would still attempt to load GPS data.
• Improved the layout of work order pin previews to ensure all information fits within the smaller preview.

What's New

New Map Page - Work Orders and Opportunities have moved to the new Map page! The old Work Orders page has been replaced with a more streamlined Map interface. Users can now access all work order and opportunity information directly from the map, enhancing the user interface and workflow. A new pin design has been introduced with a quick preview option for Work Orders & Opportunities along with a new map legend.

Work Order & Opportunities Updates - A new single view modal for both Work Orders and Opportunities has been introduced with a streamlined design and quick edit capabilities. The ability to view and download large images for Work Orders and Opportunities has been added to this modal as well. A new icon indicates if an Opportunity or Work Order image fails to load. The ability to create and manage Opportunity Categories by community or client is now available. Additionally, new statuses have been implemented for Opportunities.

Improved Navigation Sidebar - Added a Map button for the new map page with Quick Links for Work Orders and Opportunities. Sidebar can now be collapsed to free up space for larger video playback and map use.

Billing Module Enhancement - Users can now view individual video sizes, costs, and deletion controls within the billing module. This feature facilitates easier video deletion and data management for clients.

Video Player Mini-Map Updates - The video player will now pause automatically when a violation or work order modal is opened from the map. Additionally, if you click on the route line to jump to a new point in the video while the map is in full-screen mode, the map will automatically collapse to the smaller size and resume playing.

Community Overview Update - The community overview page will now display deleted inspections only if they contain violation or work order data. All other deleted videos will be hidden to ensure a cleaner view.

• Fixed an issue that caused the stage and category filters to be unresponsive on the Violation History page.

eUnify Integration - Full push and pull capabilities have been enabled, with a nightly sync scheduled for all active eUnify clients.

Billing Module Enhancement - The billing module now displays all active communities, regardless of whether they have videos, instead of hiding communities with no videos.

Work Order Default Status - Work orders will now default to "New" instead of "Open" to better highlight recently created work orders.

Violation Letter Templates - The settings page for "Letter Templates" has been renamed to "Stages" to maintain consistent terminology across our site and integrations.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue causing the video to restart from the beginning when the "Go To Video" button was clicked on a work order, instead of the correct playback point.
• Addressed a problem where the video player occasionally displayed NaNNaN instead of the actual video duration.
• The "Manage Users" dropdown is now alphabetized for easier navigation on Admin Accounts.
• Fixed a bug that allowed the archive button to still appear on archived work orders.
• Corrected an issue where deleting a user did not immediately remove the user card from the frontend until the page was refreshed.
• Resolved an issue causing address database uploads to fail.
• Fixed a bug that caused the "Edit" button to be hidden on some work orders.
• When creating a new work order, the "Save" option will no longer appear. Only "Save and Close" will be available to streamline the process. The "Save" button will remain when editing an existing work order to keep the current window open as intended.

Violation Levels Page - Back-end improvements have been made to this page to ensure long-term V2 support.

• “Pending” violations will now show address pins as blue on the map (Previously they displayed red, the same as open violations).

• The ability to switch between satellite image providers is now supported directly from the video inspection page.

Work Order Database Page - New hover functions have been added to the split-screen view, enabling users to hover over a pin on the map to highlight the corresponding item on the list, and vice versa. Additionally, the redesigned work order and opportunity pins are now on the work order database page.

Vantaca Integration Improvements - Clients with V3 Vantaca Integration will be allowed to re-assign violation Sub-Type's (CCR Details), providing a temporary work-around for some system compatibility issues.

• When finalizing a violation, a message now displays when violations are finalizing. Once the process completes a message displays with how many were finalized, and if any failed to finalize.
• Violation finalization now updates in real time on the inspection page.
