What's New

Updated Servers - Optic Systems App has moved to a new hosting service, ensuring more uptime, reliability, and speed.

Improved Site Access and Navigation - Our old URL (app.complianceview360.com) has been retired, and the site has been moved to app.opticsystems.io. Additionally, we've revamped page titles and improved site navigation and links, providing a smoother user experience.

Enhanced Performance and Security - We've upgraded our platform's core systems, bringing users faster performance and improved security features.

Video Player Improvements - The Video Player now saves your preferred settings for each video, such as sharpness and brightness, eliminating the need to adjust them with each load. Additionally, the Video Player now defaults to the highest available resolution for optimal video quality. Playback time tracking is also supported, ensuring you can easily resume watching from where you left off from the same device.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused the video player to not highlight the selected playback resolution.

What's New

Work Order Statuses - Work order statuses have been updated. The "On Hold" status has been removed, and "Closed" has been renamed to "Completed”.

Single Work Order View - Added the ability to save and close a work order upon completion of edits. This streamlines the process, eliminating the need to save and close separately.

Bug Fixes

• Work order page filters now remain intact when editing a work order.
• Fixed an issue where the download button was hidden on the address database page.

Edit Video Inspection Details - A newly redesigned modal has been implemented, providing users with an improved interface for editing video descriptions. Support has been re-introduced to allow internal Optic Systems staff to correct the assigned driver and video inspection assignments.

What's New

Back-End Improvements - Back-end improvements have been implemented for video delete and pending video status functions.

Community Dashboard - Updated the Community Dashboard cards to display both closed violations and work orders. Additionally, the clickable areas within the Community Dashboard page have been re-worked.

Violation Create Modal - Updated the violation create modal for integrated clients to ensure a smoother workflow. The cure period will only show on certain integrated clients, as this function is set by the integrated software in many cases. Additionally, the letter notes field will only show for clients that have letters generated by CV360.

Violation Levels Page - Back-end improvements have been made to this page to ensure long-term V2 support.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the pending status for violations displayed an inaccurate number on the Community Dashboard tile.
• Fixed an issue causing the work order status to fail to update from the work order management list view.
• Fixed an issue causing client-wide work order categories to not display within the video player create modal.

What's New

Redesigned Create Violation Modal - Implemented a new create violation modal, enabling a streamlined, one-step violation creation process, similar to the new work order system.

Dashboard Card System - Introduced a new Community Dashboard, providing quick highlights of work orders and their statuses, as well as violations and their statuses. The community notes field has also been reintroduced here, facilitating easy note-taking for staff using the software.

Edit Inspection Details Modal - Updated the edit inspection details page to a small pop-up window within the software, improving speed for quick detail edits. Additionally, for admins and self-upload clients, the ability to download GPS-Data files has been added.

Client Management Page - Client settings and personalization are now accessible to clients, allowing them to update site personalization, company details, and more on their own.

Client Work Order Category Management - Introduced the ability to create work order categories client-wide, eliminating the need for specific categories for each community. This page is nested within the client management page.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that was causing a timestamp to appear in manual notices.
• Fixed an issue causing the video load status to disappear after loading is completed.
• Fixed an intermittent loading issue with the review violation modal.
• Fixed an intermittent issue when switching videos, causing the video to start at the beginning when retain position is selected.

Video Inspection Map - We've reintroduced a favorite feature to the video inspection map. Users can now click on the route within the map to jump to that point in the video, enhancing their inspection experience.

Vantaca Integration Improvements - Clients using V3 Vantaca Integration will now receive a detailed email if any part of the sync process does not complete, ensuring smoother integration and data management.

• Improved navigation bar personalization when dark primary colors are selected.
• Fixed an issue causing slow GPS load times.
• Fixed an issue preventing GPS-Data from being fully omitted.

What's New

Video Inspection Map - The video inspection map will be updated to support several new functions:

• “Pending” violations will now show address pins as blue on the map (Previously they displayed red, the same as open violations).
• The work order and opportunity pins have been redesigned and are now supported on the video inspection map.
• The ability to switch between satellite image providers is now supported directly from the video inspection page.

Work Order Database Page - New hover functions have been added to the split-screen view, enabling users to hover over a pin on the map to highlight the corresponding item on the list, and vice versa. Additionally, the redesigned work order and opportunity pins are now on the work order database page.

Vantaca Integration Improvements - Clients with V3 Vantaca Integration will be allowed to re-assign violation Sub-Type's (CCR Details), providing a temporary work-around for some system compatibility issues.

Bug Fixes

• Improved support for removing client personalization, as well as support for additional light and dark mode customizations.
• Fixed an issue preventing the ability to properly update an opportunity value.
• Fixed an issue preventing the ability to remove the opportunity label from a work order.

Video Switcher - The video player now features a convenient new button for switching between recording dates and routes. Users can easily start a new route from the beginning of the recording or maintain their current location switching throughout past recordings.

User-Interface Personalization - Optic Systems now offers customizable user interfaces, enabling clients to have a personalized look and feel that matches their brand.

Work Order Improvements - Our work order system has undergone a significant overhaul, introducing several new features

• Added support for custom work order categories.
• Ability to assign a value and an "opportunity" tag to work orders.
• Support for document and image attachments to work orders.
• Enhanced work orders page with three views: map, list, and split screen (map and list).
• Re-Designed individual work order view.
• Re-Designed Work Order “Review” dropdown from the video inspection page.
• Improved visibility of work order pins on the map.

Account Management System - A new account management system has been deployed, offering enhanced personalization options for landscape clients.

Email Merge Tags - A key was added to the Community Settings page allowing users to easily review the available fields for resident emails.

Bug Fixes

• When finalizing a violation, a message now displays when violations are finalizing. Once the process completes a message displays with how many were finalized, and if any failed to finalize.
• Violation finalization now updates in real time on the inspection page.
